Short trip home

The day the kids went back to school I had to make a short trip back to where I grew up to visit my grandfather who is not doing to well. So I left on a Friday afternoon and came home Sunday see what I mean it was a short trip. But with that trip I was able to visit with my grandfather, uncle, my mother, brother and his wife and my best friend and her babies. It was my first trip down to Orlando since November of last year when my grandma passed away. So I knew it would be difficult to walk into their old apartment and not see her. I did have my moments of crying but there was also this peace that I felt. I was able to bring home with me some grate photos and more memories so I will share some of those pictures now.

    I took my grandpa outside for a walk and we stopped to rest for a minute

  Then we decided it was actually nap time and went back in and took a short nap.

   Then it was time for some dancing,  I know these pictures I will treasure for a very long time

  Then it was time to head to my brothers and meet my new niece Rilley

So that was my quick trip to Orlando and I tried to spend time with a few people of course there are so many more I would of loved to of seen. But next time i will be sure to go for an extra day.
